From the moment we met, Laura captured our hearts and our trust to sell our beloved home of 34 years.  She has great knowledge of the real estate market and got us top dollar!! Laura gave our home exposure on multiple media platforms both locally and surrounding influential regions. She is always in a great mood exuding genuine enthusiasm and positive energy.  Laura's excellent communication skills whilst creating a team approach kept us reassured every step of the selling process.  Laura brought in stagers and cleaners to keep the stress away from us. We would certainly recommend Laura to our friends and neighbours in a heartbeat.  Laura has a true love for Real Estate and it shows with all she does as she produces excellent results and lasting friendships.

I would like to thank Laura for helping me find and buy my first home: A lovely condo with green surroundings, low traffic, conservation areas nearby, a low condo fee, close to work, in ready-to-move-in state, and child-friendly. It all happened fast, the market went nuts in Winter 2020, but Laura helped me to readjust to this nerve wrecking reality.

From my first email to the post-sale support I received, Laura helped me through it all with a smile and treated me like a good friend. I am a scientist, and I was a bit skeptical reading the testimonials on her own webpage. However, I soon realized that these descriptions of Laura are accurate. So apologies for being redundant. Here I go: She is resourceful, hardworking, efficient, a good communicator, and knowledgeable. She reviewed with me mountains of difficult-to-understand contracts late at night over phone, in times when the market required that I move quickly in submitting my offer. In her words: "I am here to find exactly what you need, a place you can see yourself living in, and an investment at the same time, and I will make it the least stressful for you".

Laura learned in 2-3 days so much about what exactly I want that she started making shortlists for me from the automatic search. Sometimes I wanted to see something and she said kindly "you may not like this...", or " that area is dodgy..." and my stubborn mind wanted to see it just because the price was "great". Regardless, Laura brought me to the listings, and guess what... it was as she said.

Working with her recomended legal and financing partners I also realized that Laura surrounded herself with quality people. All in all, I may not be selling my new home anytime soon, only God knows. However, when that day will come and if Laura accepts, I won't use Google again to find a good Realtor I can trust.
